Here are some frequently asked questions, and also the rules of the club
Q. Can anyone join?
A. Yes, anyone can join as long as you have a website! You do not need to be in a competition or topsite to join, we are a friendship club and you can participate in all the activities we have to offer at CHN!
Q. What voting links can I submit?
A. We will accept MOST links as long as you're not violating the guidelines of the competition or top site. For example some competitions requires you link to a vote page on your homepage and not directly to the vote round. Please make sure these vote pages are low on graphics, your vote link is clearly marked and easy to navigate.
Q. Are there any links you won't accept?
A. YES. For various reasons we do NOT ACCEPT the following: Emperor's Gate & Diamond Web Awards. We do reserve the right to review and remove links as we feel necessary.
Q. What happens if I don't vote?
A. If you don't vote, you're link will be removed for the next voting day, you are allowed one inform a a week, informing the second time will result in removal of links for the next voting day, this is a vote for a vote board, so it's only fair, then if you vote the next day, you will be placed back on the board the next day.
Q. What if I don't find hidden pages?
A. You are required to find all of the hidden pages, since there are several hidden pages in a day, you are allowed one miss before your links are removed for the next day, two or more missed HP's will result in removal of links for the next voting day. **If there is only one Hidden Page on Board for the day and you miss it, your link will be removed.
Q. Do I need to participate in the activities?
A. Participation in activities is not required to be a member, however this club is for friendship as well as for voting, and I hope that you consider joining in.
Q. What if I can't find something?
A. All of the links for the site are listed under the index on the main page, look there first, and make sure to read the notes daily for updates and necessary instructions, if you can't find what you need, use the Question Form on the main navigation page.
Q. What if I need to go LOA?
A. You can go LOA whenever you want to, membership will not be removed, but you do need to fill out the LOA form letting us know an approximate return date, just update when you are ready to come back, if you are leaving the board completely, then yes you will need to let us know.
Q. How do I vote?
A. You must vote on a daily basis Monday through Thursday is required, if you have a Friday Competition Link, then you must vote on Friday..Saturday and Sunday are optional. Monday through Friday is required voting on the topsites board.
Q. What about letting you know that I voted for the day?
A. You ARE required to fill out any hidden page forms that you find while voting. You are also required to fill the I Voted form, if the forms don't work for you, use the email links on all pages.
